Create a list. What list? Spend some time to take down notes with regards to your venue, date and time of event, stage lighting, refreshments, parking and a whole lot more. You should be able to have a draft as soon as possible. Then, if you are able to fix your mind, create the final list.

There is a saying that says “in order for you to reach your goal, identify it”. If you can just think about it very well, that line has a point. How can you say led 屏幕 that your event was a success if you don’t know your goal? Be SMART when it comes to goal-making. Make sure that your goals are Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic and Time-bound.

Avoid event wars. What does this mean? You have to know whether there are other popular events in line with yours. This means that you should avoid other industry events. Why? What if you have similar target audience, who will win? Will you be sure that your event will be more successful than the rest? If not, it’s better to just play it safe and avoid other holidays or events. Check your calendar.

Be open for change. Nothing is perfect, even event planning. That’s why, you have to be flexible. Make sure that you still have other options when it comes to the venue, date and time or other stuff.
